THE SUPREME COURT REJECTED TO GRANT A LEAVE OF APPEAL TO SCANFIL PLC According to information received by Scanfil plc today The Supreme Court has decided not to grant a leave of appeal to Scanfil plc concerning the verdict passed by the Helsinki Court of Appeal on 18 June 2009, which thus remains in force. In the mentioned verdict the Helsinki Court of Appeal imposed Scanfil plc a corporate fine of EUR 25,000 for a security market information offence. Scanfil has paid the fine in July 2009.
