HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. terminates sale of HOCHTIEF shares via the
stock exchange

HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. has terminated, as planned, the sale of
HOCHTIEF shares via the stock exchange started on February 23, 2010.

In total, 2,100,950 shares of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were sold via the
stock exchange at an average price of EUR 54.24 per share. This is
equivalent to a share of about 3 percent of the total number of shares of
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.
