Ismaning (Germany), 24 March 2010 - Prime Standard-listed Integralis AG,
the leading international IT security solutions provider, hereby wishes to
announce an important change to its Management Board. Roger Friederich will
be leaving the Company effective 31 March 2010 to pursue a new career
opportunity outside the Integralis Group.
 
He began his career at the Company back in 1999 shortly after the IPO of
the then Articon Information Systems AG. During the secondary placement and
the merger with Integralis, he assumed a key strategic role as financial
controller and was appointed director of operations of Integralis
Deutschland GmbH in December 2002. In May 2005, Roger Friederich was
appointed chief financial officer of Integralis AG. In this position, he
made a crucial contribution to restructuring the Integralis Group and its
ensuing successful turnaround. Most recently, he oversaw the takeover
process, which culminated in the acquisition of a majority stake in the
Company by the NTT Communications Group.

The Supervisory Board thanks Roger Friederich for his extraordinary
commitment and the outstanding work which he has performed over the past
few years.

The Company is confident of being able to present a new chief financial
officer shortly.
