Exchange Notice Copenhagen: Termination of cash membership of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S

Forstædernes Bank with participant ID FFF has requested that their membership
of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen be terminated with effect from and including April 1,
2010, because of Nykredit Bank A/S's acquisition of the company. 

For practical reasons, the physical integration (systems, etc.) will, however,
not take effect until  May 13, 2010. 

Therefore, Forstædernes Bank´s participant ID, FFF (BIC code FBBKDKKK) will
remain active until May 13, 2010 under the legal entity Nykredit Bank A/S. 

In the transition period, April 1, 2010 - May 13, 2010, Nykredit will, thus,
hold two participant IDs: their own NYB and FFF.
