The Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn reviewed the application by AS Ekspress Grupp, filed with the exchange on March 18, 2010 for the exempt from the obligation to deliver the merger prospectus in connection with the merger of AS Ekspress Grupp and AS Maaleht.
