(Munich, March 25, 2010) The Wacker Neuson SE Supervisory Board approved
the Annual Financial Statements of the company for the year ending December
31, 2009 and the Consolidated Financial Statements. As already announced,
the Wacker Neuson Group will be posting an annual loss in fiscal 2009 for
the first time in company history. This was above all due to the losses
experienced in Q1 2009 and the Q4, principally on goodwill attributed to
the Neuson Kramer subgroup. This does not affect the Group's high equity
ratio or strong financial position, which was further strengthened in 2009.
Based on these results and the continued market uncertainty moving into
fiscal 2010, the Executive and Supervisory Boards will propose to the AGM
on May 28, 2010 that no dividend be paid for fiscal 2009 (previous year:
EUR 0.19 per share).
It has further been clarified that Hans Neunteufel is still chairman of the
supervisory board of the company. The issues arising from the disputes
about this question have been settled in mutual consent.
The Wacker Neuson SE 2010 Annual Report including the Consolidated
Financial Statements will be published on March 26, 2010.
