Kapitalpleje A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 6 April 2010.
Thus, last day of trading shares issued by Kapitalpleje will be 31 March 2010.
The delisting is due to the merger between Kapitalpleje and Spar Nord
FormueInvest. Spar Nord FormueInvest is the continuing company. Please see
