Time for publication of financial statement and development of annual general
meeting
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Roblon A/S because the company's
financial statement in the period 1 November 2009 to 31 January 2010 as well as
the development of the company's annual general meeting as of 16 February 2010
was not published as soon as possible in accordance with rule 3.1.1, 3.1.3 and
3.3.3 in Rules for issuers of shares.
