UK, sent us the following disclosure notifications of BlackRock's holdings
in Phoenix Solar AG:
1. On March 25, 2010, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc, Wilmington, USA, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft, Sulzemoos, Germany,
ISIN: DE000A0BVU93, WKN: A0BVU9, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on March 22, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this
corresponds to 205522 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.07% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 205522 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company in connection
with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
2. On March 25, 2010, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft, Sulzemoos,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0BVU93, WKN: A0BVU9, have exceeded the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on March 22, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this
corresponds to 205522 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.07% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 205522 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company in connection
with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
3. On March 25, 2010, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft, Sulzemoos, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0BVU93, WKN: A0BVU9, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 22, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this corresponds to
