Correction of the publication dated 31 March 2010:

MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG, Karlsruhe, Germany notified us pursuant to
Section 27a(1) German Securities Trading Act on 30 March 2010 that its
share of the voting rights of IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006205701, reached or crossed the threshold of 10 per cent or higher on
30 March 2010.

With reference to the objectives pursued with the acquisition of the voting
rights and with regard to the sources of the funds used for the
acquisition, MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG informed us as follows pursuant
to Section 27a German Securities Trading Act:

1. Our objective is to pursue a long-term strategic commitment in IVG
Immobilien AG.
2. We intend to acquire additional voting rights on a limited scope within
the next 12 months, depending on the development of the market.
3. Our goal is to exercise influence on the appointment of members of the
Supervisory Board and the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG.
4. MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG does not intend to introduce any major
changes in the policies currently pursued by the Board of Management and
the Supervisory Board of IVG Immobilien AG with regard to the company's
capital structure and the payment of dividends.
5. MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG invested its own funds to acquire the
voting rights.
