ActionView International, Inc. Reports Successful Inaugural WCFC Event With Standing Room Only Crowd and Exciting Fights

WCFC is Approached by Media Outlets for Rebroadcast on PPV or Commercial Television

MURRIETA, Calif., April 5, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly owned MatchFights LLC subsidiary today reported that the April 3rd World Championship Full Contact event at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah was considered a stunning success with a packed house watching quality bouts from top to bottom on the fight card. The WCFC Internet broadcast marked the first time that a live Internet event was broadcast worldwide in television quality without a satellite uplink.

ActionView International's wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live in television quality to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys.  The fight card for the event consisted of two main event bouts and six main cards fights with fighters ranging from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications.

WCFC reports that the main event fight, which pitted Steve "Razor" Sharp against Dave Castillo, has already been declared one of the top five all time greatest MMA fights in history by industry experts. The co-main event saw Justin "They call me Mr." Smith win by devastating knock out in the second round, making him pound for pound one of the most vicious and feared strikers in the sport and raising his professional record to 11-1-1.

Video replays of the individual fights will be posted at www.WCFC.com under the each fighter's profile in the coming days.

The WCFC has been approached by major media outlets that wish to rebroadcast all or part of the April 3rd event, either as a pay-per-view special or on commercial television.  This interest comes due the high quality of both the broadcast and the fights themselves.  From top to bottom this has been called one of the best fight cards ever assembled in MMA.

WCFC reports that there were technical issues, with some Internet viewers unable to properly download the high-definition stream.   It is planned that the next event will offer users a choice of download speeds to ensure that the event is accessible to a wider market.  Despite problems for a small number of viewers, feedback on the www.WCFC.com forums was overwhelmingly positive.

"We could not be more pleased with the quality of fights at the inaugural WCFC event," said ActionView International Chairman Gary Nerison. "If this show is an indication of the fight talent that WCFC can attract and the thrilling bouts that will result, there is no doubt that the fan base for our brand is going to grow with each event. Initial feedback from the Internet broadcast was also very positive, but we will work to improve the Internet delivery options, so that all of our viewers at home will experience the excitement and energy that was present in The Rail on April 3rd."
