NASDAQ OMX Begins Options Trading on Its Internet Index


NEW YORK, April 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the launch of options trading on the NASDAQ Internet IndexSM (Nasdaq:QNET) which is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid U.S.-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses that are listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or NYSE Amex. Options trading on the NASDAQ Internet Index began on March 24, 2010 on NASDAQ OMX PHLX. Susquehanna Securities is the specialist for this new product.
