1. On April 1, 2010, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United
Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his
percentage of voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) as
of March 30, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to FIL Investments International:
- Fidelity Funds SICAV

2. On April 1, 2010, FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough,
United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his
percentage of voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) as
of March 30, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Investment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to FIL Investments International:
- Fidelity Funds SICAV

3. On April 1, 2010, FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% and
amounted to 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) as of March 30, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to FIL Investments International:
- Fidelity Funds SICAV

4. On April 1, 2010, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of
voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) as of March
30, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 4.97% (205,050 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to FIL Investments International:
- Fidelity Funds SICAV

5. On April 8, 2010, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of
voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and 5% and amounted to 6.08% (227,900 voting rights) as of
January 2, 2009.

Of these voting rights, 6.08% (227,900 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to FIL Investments International:
- Fidelity Funds SICAV
