On April 08, 2010, Mourant Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have fallen below the 50%,
30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 01,
2010 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

alstria would like to point out that the major shareholder is still holding
its entire participation in alstria; the voting right notification results
from a mere restructuring on trustee level.
