On first of April 2010 BIGBANK informed its bond investors about early redemption of bonds. BIGBANK AS has decided to redeem all of the bonds with the ISIN code SE0001993148 with a price equal to the nominal amount of the bonds multiplied by 101.25 percent in accordance with the article 5.4 of terms and conditions of the bond issue. In addition, BIGBANK AS shall pay accrued, but unpaid interest up to and including the early redemption date. Early redemption date shall be May 3, 2010. The Record Date shall be April 26, 2010, in accordance with the article 5.3 of terms and conditions of the bond issue.
