AGM and Proposed Share Split

Tangibal Group plc (TFG:GR), a market leader in interactive media and
experiential advertising, will be holding its Annual General Meeting of the
Company on Monday 12th April 2010 at 11:00am (BST), and is expecting all
resolutions to be put to shareholders will be duly passed.

If resolutions are passed, the Company will proceed with the proposed share
split, that each Ordinary Share of 10p each be each subdivided into 4
Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each, and this will be executed using Monday 12th
April 2010 as the record date. Converted securities will be issued for
first dealings on Tuesday 13th April 2010 under the new ISIN GB00B5KMXN41.
