(Siek, April 9, 2010) According to preliminary calculations, in financial
year 2009 revenues of GWB Immobilien AG increased by 100 per cent from EUR
10.1 million to EUR 20.4 million. This development is due to stable rental
income and the sale of a retail property.

The results 2009 are affected by a negative result from revaluation of the
property portfolio amouning to EUR -10.3 million. Thus the expected net
profit amounts to approx. EUR -8.7 million compared to EUR 1.7 million in
2008. The revaluation effect is a non-cash effect.

The value of the property portfolio now amounts to approx. EUR 111.5
million (IFRS as of 31.12.2009) and compares to bank loans amounting to
approx. EUR 81.7 million.
