Cramo Plc Investor News 12 April 2010, at 9.30 am Finnish time (GMT+2) Cramo has signed an outsourcing agreement with Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi Cramo Finland Oy, wholly owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, and Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi have signed an agreement whereby the entire construction machine fleet of Savocon Oy, company merging with Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi on 1 May 2010, has been sold to Cramo. According to the agreement, Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi will in future rent all the required construction machinery in eastern Finland from Cramo. The agreement is signed for five years. The contract also includes that Cramo will supply modular space to Lemminkäinen Talo construction sites in eastern and northern Finland. The signed agreement expands the contract made in 2008, whereby the construction company A. Taskinen Oy, which is a part of the Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi, outsourced its equipment to Cramo. This five year agreement has now also been extended to expire coinciding with the new agreement. “In our experience, cooperation with Cramo has been positive. This was a good starting point for new contract negotiations. Our prerequisite is that by renting we will acquire better, more modern and functional equipment than our own fleet would be.
