TOM TAILOR Holding AG has received notifications of voting rights pursuant
to section 21 (1) WpHG by the following companies with the following
content:
1. Fidelity Funds SICAV
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxemburg, Luxemburg,
has notified us that on 30 March 2010 it crossed above the threshold of 3 %
of the voting rights in our company and on that date held 3.61 % of the
voting rights in our company arising from 596,100 voting rights.
2. FIL Investments International
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG FIL Investments International,
Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us that on 30 March 2010 it
crossed above the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in our company and
on that date held 3.75 % of the voting rights in our company arising from
619,100 voting rights.
All voting rights in our company were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to FIL Investments International inter alia from
Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting
rights in our company.
3. FIL Holdings Limited
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United
Kingdom, has notified us that on 30 March 2010 it crossed above the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in our company and on that date held
3.75 % of the voting rights in our company arising from 619,100 voting
rights.
All voting rights in our company were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited inter alia from
Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting
rights in our company.
4. FIL Investment Management Limited
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG FIL Investment Management Limited,
Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us that on 30 March 2010 it
crossed above the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in our company and
on that date held 3.81 % of the voting rights in our company arising from
629,900 voting rights.
All voting rights in our company were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a
shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in our company.
5. FIL Limited
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, has
notified us that on 30 March 2010 it crossed above the threshold of 3 % of
the voting rights in our company and on that date held 3.81 % of the voting
rights in our company arising from 629,900 voting rights.
Of this amount, 3.75 % (619,100 voting rights) were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no.6 WpHG and 0.07 % (10,800
voting rights) were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to FIL Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a
shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in our company.
