According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 26 March
2010 JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, United Kingdom, has
exceeded the threshold of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in our company
and as of this date the voting rights held by JPMorgan Asset Management
(UK) Limited amounted to 5.76 % (952,783 shares) in relation to all shares
of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG.

According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 30 March
2010 JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, has fallen below the thresholds
of 50 %, 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 % and 10 % of the voting rights in our
company and on this date the voting rights amounted to 6.35 %,
corresponding to 1,050,001 voting rights.
