Notification of Transactions by PDMRs Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMR notified to the Company on 12 April 2010 of the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the “Shares”) on the London Stock Exchange:- Paul Lindop purchased 9,170 Shares, and Mrs S A Lindop purchased 9,170 Shares, both purchases being made on 12 April 2010 at 108.8 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Lindop's total holding in the Company amounts to 30,725 shares, representing 0.004% of the total share capital of the Company. The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
