informed that SEB Asset Management S.A´s share of Marimekko Corporation´s share 
capital and voting rights has fallen below 1/20, i.e. decreased to 0.00% as a   
result of transaction concluded today.                                          

According to the disclosure, SEB Asset Management S.A´s share of Marimekko      
Corporation´s share capital and voting rights after the transaction is the
