(OTCQB:FDFT), operating in the specialized Kosher wholesale and retail food and beverage industry, announced today that the Company changed its name to Foodfest International 2000, Inc. and completed a share issuance of 12,000,000 shares. The Company's stock symbol on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Stock Exchange also change from "HYNZ" to "FDFT," effective at the start of trading on April 1, 2010.
