Convertible bond issue of Snaige AB will be admitted to the Debt Securities List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius

Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Board (16-04-2010, Minutes No.120)

To include these financial instruments into the Debt Securities List of the
NASDAQ OMX Vilnius on 26-04-2010 at the request of the issuer:

maturity date: 11-04-2011,
nominal value: EUR 100,
volume of the issue: 61 372 units,
total nominal value of the issue: EUR 6 137 200.

Please note that: 

on 8 April 2010, Snaige AB failed to redeem part of the bond issues (16%)
issued in the year 2009. The major part of the bond holders of these issues
agreed to refinance the bonds owned by them by acquiring new convertible bonds
issued on April 8, 2010. In total bond holders have refinanced 73% of bonds
issued in year 2009 and they have converted 11% of convertible bonds issued in
the year 2010.
