Subsequent a group of larger shareholders a.o. Staxbo A/S and SmallCap Denmark has proposed Johannes Huus Bogh, Samsøvej 16, 6000 Kolding as a new board member. Johannes Huus Bogh has a wide international management experience. Today Johannes Huus Bogh is solely engaged in activities within board's work and has as such the necessary resource needed to hold a position as Board member in Greentech Energy Systems A/S. He is proposed to be elected instead of Borris Nielsen who abstain from re-election. Johannes Huus Bogh will be further introduced at the General Meeting.
