Comment on the article in the newspaper „Dienas Bizness” on 20.04.2010

Information about the modernization project of the production facilities has
been disclosed by the Council and Management Board of the joint-stock company
on 26.11.2009. 
According to laws of the Republic of Latvia, SIA „Ditton Chain” is not a
subsidiary of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca”. In the article from
20.04.2009 there was a respective mistake made.
