Skjern Bank to issue two floating-rate bond loans
On 22 April 2010, Skjern Bank will issue two three-year floating-rate bond
loans as new senior capital in the nominal amount of DKK 500m, se enclosed
information material:
DKK 250m has interest payable twice a year at 6-month CIBOR+0.10 percentage
point pa. The rate for the first interest payment period has been fixed at
1,6575% pa. The loan will be redeemed on 15 April 2013.
DKK 250m has interest payable quarterly at 3-month CIBOR+0.35 percentage point
pa. The rate for the first interest payment period has been fixed at 1,6250%
pa. The loan can be early redeemed after 18 months and thereafter for each
interest period. The loan will be finally redeemed on 15 April 2013.
These issues are made within Skjern Bank's individual limit for
government-guaranteed loan issues, see agreement with Finansiel Stabilitet A/S
(the Financial Stability Company).
The bond loans will be quoted on Nasdaq OMX under ISIN code DK0030240080 and
DK0030239587 and has been pre-taken by institutional investors.
