Notification of Transactions by PDMRs Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Non- Executive Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the “Shares”) on the London Stock Exchange:- Alexandre Schneiter notified the Company on 22 April 2010 that he purchased 117,417 Shares on 22 April 2010 at 99 pence per share, totalling 0.015% of the share capital of the Company. Prior to these transactions, following the admission of the Shares to listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 9 April 2010, Mr Schneiter held 282,583 Shares, being 0.036% of the share capital of the Company. His total holding following the transaction is 400,000 shares, being 0.052% of the share capital of the Company. The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights.
