Morphic Technologies AB flyttas från observationsavdelningen/ transferred back from the observation segment (84/10)

Den 22 september 2009 flyttades aktierna i Morphic Technologies AB (bolaget)
till börsens observationslista. Aktierna i bolaget flyttades till
observationslistan efter att en granskning visat att bolaget inte uppfyllde
samtliga noteringskrav. Ärendet har därefter tagits upp i börsens
disciplinnämnd som beslutade att ålägga bolaget ett vite motsvarande tio
årsavgifter. Bolaget har med anledning av detta genomfört ett omfattande
förändringsarbete för att komma till rätta med de missförhållanden som
förelegat. Börsen konstaterar att bolaget har genomfört samtliga åtgärder och
därmed uppfyller kraven i börsens regelverk för emittenter. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm att handeln med
aktierna i Morphic Technologies AB (ISIN-kod SE0000672115 och orderboks-ID
53228) skall återföras till sin ordinarie plats. 

Aktierna överförs fr.o.m. måndagen den 26 april 2010.

The shares of Morphic Technologies AB (the company) were placed on the
observation segment on September 22nd, 2009. The shares were placed on the
observation segment due to the fact that a review showed that the company did
not fulfill all the listing requirements. The case was then reviewed by the
disciplinary committee which decided to impose a penalty equivalent to ten
annual fees. Due to this the company has made substantial changes to overcome
the shortcomings that existed. The exchange notes that the company has
implemented all the measures and thus meets the requirements of the exchange. 

With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided that
the shares in Morphic Technologies AB (ISIN code SE0000672115 and order book ID
53228) will be transferred back from the observation segment. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, April 26th, 2010.
