Herlev, 27 April 2010 Company Announcement No. 11/2011 CORRECTION: Replacement of gearboxes installed in Energia Verde Wind farm, Italy The wind turbine contractor of the Energia Verde Wind farm today informed Greentech Energy Systems A/S that it will be necessary to replace the gearboxes installed in the fourteen wind turbines of the wind farm due to discovered defects, which in time might be fatal. All costs in this connection will be covered by the contractor. The replacement is planned to be carried out during this summer and up till then, the turbines will be in normal production. The replacement will require each turbine to be shut down for a few days. It should be noted that the gearbox in question is only installed in the Energia Verde Wind farm.
