OEM International sells its production technology operations to
ElektronikGruppen. 

OEM International has signed an accord with ElektronikGruppen BK AB with the
purpose of selling its entire operations within Division Production Technology.
The Division is composed of the company group Cyncrona which markets and sells
production equipment and service deals for the electronics industry. The company
group has an annual turnover of about 60 MSEK. The date of accession is planned
to be 1st of June 2010. 

-	Through this deal OEM refines its operations towards the components market and
can focus on continued profitable growth where our market position is strong,
says Jörgen Zahlin, President and CEO of OEM International.    

The acquisition is an asset deal where ElektronikGruppen assumes stock of goods,
equipment, customer- and supplier deals as well as intellectual property. A
majority of the workforce will be offered employment within ElektronikGruppen. 
The consideration is 6 MSEK in fixed purchase sum together with an additional
consideration based on the gross margin of the business for the next two years. 
The divestment is judged to have a marginal effect on OEMs result for the
incumbent year. 

This information is of such nature that the company is obliged to make public in
accordance with the Swedish Securities Market Act. The information was made
public on 30 April 2010 at 10.00 Swedish time.
