Hoehr-Grenzhausen, 3rd May 2010 +++ The IBS AG Board of Management and
Supervisory Board (ISIN DE0006228406) have today resolved to put forward to
the Annual General Meeting, use of the balance sheet profit of 3,449,677.69
EUR, as shown in the IBS AG Annual Financial Statement as at 31st December
2009, as follows:

- A portion to the sum of 677,267.40 EUR to be used for the payout of a
dividend of 10 Euro cents per share, applicable to a total of 6,772,674 no
par value shares with dividend entitlement as at 23th March 2010;

- The subsequent remaining portion of 2,772,410.29 EUR to be carried
forward.

This dividend payout proposal illustrates IBS AG's earning performance
during the 2009 financial year, as well as positive future prospects. This
year's Annual General Meeting will take place in Hoehr-Grenzahusen on 25th
June 2010.
