Colorado, USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that her
percentage of voting rights in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold
of 3% on 29 April 2010 and amounts to 3.29% (15,088,270 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.29% (15,088,270 voting rights) are
to be attributed to her pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
