NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of May 5, 2010, applied surveillance status to AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” and AS “ Ventspils nafta” The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules. AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” and AS “ Ventspils nafta” have failed to submit their audited annual reports for 2009 by the May 5, 2010.
