JUHA PENNANEN HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR SAFRAN SOFTWARE
SOLUTIONS, A SUBSIDIARY OF PROHA 

Proha has appointed Juha Pennanen as the Managing Director for Safran
Software Solutions AS, Stavanger, Norway. Safran is a 100% owned subsidiary of
Proha Plc. 

Prior to joining Proha, Juha (56) has acted as the Head of Sales Program with
Nokia Siemens Networks. Previously he was heading customer teams in Iran and in
Switzerland. Since 1995, he has held various marketing and sales related
positions with NSN, Nokia Networks and Nokia Cellular Systems. In addition, he
has worked in Germany, France, Italy and India. Juha started with Proha on May
1, 2010 and assumes the Managing Director's role on June 1, 2010, as Safran's
current Managing Director, Svein Blomsø, will leave the company on May 31,
2010.

“The objective is to lead Safran from the strong domestic market position into
international growth. Juha has a solid experience on building successful teams
and executing on international sales in several countries”. Juha will have his
office in Stavanger and in Espoo. 

“I would like to thank Svein Blomsø for leading Safran the last three years.
During Svein's time, the sales have grown and the company has built a better
services capability”. 

Inge Nielsen will assume the role of Operations Director, Norway reporting to
Juha as of June 1, 2010.
