Ultimate Sports, Inc. Expanding Operations With Acquisition


LAFAYETTE, Ind., May 5, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultimate Sports, Inc. (Pink Sheets:USPS), a manufacturer and supplier to the recreational vehicle industry, today announced the company is preparing to acquire Extreme Fitness Inc. to expand its growth in the sporting goods industry.

"We are in the final stages of negotiating an acquisition of Extreme Fitness Inc. Extreme Fitness has an 18 year history of manufacturing high quality exercise and fitness equipment and is on the cusp of opening a nationwide sales channel," stated Ultimate Sports President, Kevin Metheny. "Upon completing this acquisition, we will assist Extreme Fitness in capitalizing on their upcoming distribution opportunities while leveraging their existing sales base.
