AS Premia Foods and its subsidiary AS Premia Tallinna Külmhoone repaid today two loans to Amber Trust II S.C.A. in the total principal amount of 3 257 500 EUR. AS Premia Foods repaid 1 257 500 EUR. The interest rate of the loan was 12,67% per annum. AS Premia Tallinna Külmhoone repaid 2 000 000 EUR. The interest rate of the loan was 8,87% per annum. Repayment of the loans was executed according to the plan of use of proceeds published in the offering and listing prospectus of AS Premia Foods in order to improve the capital structure of the company and decrease interest expenses.
