AS "PrivatBank" informs on payback of principal amount of mortgage bonds

AS "PrivatBank" informs that in accordance with the prospect regulations of the
issued mortgages bonds 03/EUR series (ISIN: LV0000800464), the principal amount
of 9000000 EUR (100 EUR for every financial instrument) and interest amount
118125 EUR (1.3125 EUR for every financial instrument) of the mortgage bonds
will be payed on 14 May 2010.
