AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” establishes subsidiary companies for management of the real estate

The board of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka)
resolved to establish subsidiary companies: SIA “LKB Rīgas īpašumi”, SIA “LKB
property”, SIA “Jēkaba 2” and SIA “Brīvības 38”. The said companies shall
administrate and manage the real estate owned by Krājbanka. By establishing the
said companies Krājbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the
assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
