1. On May 13, 2010, Brickell Investments SL, Madrid, Spain has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6,
have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 11, 2010 and on that
day amounted to 5.07% (this corresponds to 981,378 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.84% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 161,784 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

2. On May 13, 2010, Mr Sascha Badelt, Spain has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX
AG, Altenholz, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, have exceeded the
5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 11, 2010 and on that day amounted to
5.07% (this corresponds to 981,378 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 2, WpHG, 4.61% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 893,835
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Badelt. And thereof, according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.23% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 819,594 Voting Rights) is also to be attributed
to Mr Badelt via Brickell Investments SL.

3. On May 13, 2010, Mr Jose Mieres, Spain has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX
AG, Altenholz, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, have exceeded the
5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 11, 2010 and on that day amounted to
5.07% (this corresponds to 981,378 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 2, WpHG, 4.68% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 907,138
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Mieres. And thereof, according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.23% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 819,594 Voting Rights) is also to be attributed
to Mr Mieres via Brickell Investments SL.
