(NYSE Amex:LGL) (the "Company") today announced that management will hold an investor conference call Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The purpose of the call is to discuss the Company's Q1 2010 earnings results, current business activities and strategy.

The conference call was originally planned for Tuesday, May 18. The postponement is due strictly for tactical reasons, according to the company.
