Announcement from Capinordic A/S
We hereby announce that Brian Steffensen has announced that he wants to resign
as CFO of Capinordic A/S. Agneta Björkman will act as CFO for a period of time
until the management has found a permanent solution taking into account the
needs of the group in respect of strategic solutions on future activities.
Throughout her career, Agneta Björkman (58) has gained broad executive
experience in the fields of economics and financing with both large and
medium-sized companies, and she has held several positions as CFO with, for
example, Københavns Lufthavne A/S and TDC A/S.
