YesDTC to Establish Hong Kong Subsidiary for Growing Asia-Region Business Prospects


SAN FRANCISCO, May 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- YesDTC Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:YESD), a direct-to-consumer marketer and global distributor of consumer goods and products, announced today the Company will establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong in order to best service and manage distribution of BioElectronics Corporation's (Pink Sheets:BIEL) products into Japan and those of other companies into the Japanese and other Asian markets.

YesDTC is currently in negotiations with several marketing partners in Japan to sell the ActiPatchTM Therapy and AllayTM Menstrual Pain Therapy products from BioElectronics Corp., the rights to which YesDTC recently acquired from BIEL for the important Japanese market. Additionally, the Company is working with Hong Kong based distributors to bring several previously successful American products to China and southern Asian countries.
