GrønlandsBANKEN issues floating-rate bonds

On 28 May 2010 GrønlandsBANKEN will issue new capital in the form of
DKK-denominated floating-rate bonds, which GrønlandsBANKEN has the option of
redeeming early. This issue will have a nominal value of DKK 100,000,000 and
has been acquired in advance by one or more qualified investors.
