Senior executive reallocates shareholding in Arise Windpower
The company's CFO, Thomas Johansson, has reallocated privately owned shares in
Arise Windpower into an individually managed endowment insurance policy. The
private sale of Arise shares by Thomas Johansson and the corresponding endowment
insurance purchase of Arise shares amounts to 50,000 shares.
Ownership of endowment insurance does not entail a duty to report in accordance
with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's rules concerning
transparency. The private sale is therefore the only transaction that has been
reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The transaction means
that Thomas Johansson's total share exposure in Arise Windpower remains
unchanged.
