pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 23. November 2007 his
voting interest in burgbad AG, Kirchplatz 10, 57392 Schmallenberg exceeded
the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 186,350 voting rights (5.29%) on this
day.

5.29% of the voting rights are attributable in accordance with sec. 22 para
1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


2. William Geoffrey Oldfield, United Kingdom, informed us on 01. June 2010,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 04. August 2008 his voting
interest in burgbad AG, Kirchplatz 10, 57392 Schmallenberg falling below
thresholds of 5% and 3 % of the voting rights and amounted to 0% on this
day.


The voting rights are attributed to Mr. Oldfield as a result of his
controlling interest in Ennismore Fund Management Limited. Ennismore Fund
Management Limited is the investment Manager of the funds: Ennismore
European Smaller Companies Master Hedge Fund & Ennismore European Smaller
Companies Fund that own the shares.
