VoX Communications Mobile VoIP Application Can Now be Downloaded to iPhone, Symbian, Android and Windows Mobile Phones

Application Reduces the Cost of Mobile Calls, Installs in Seconds and Has a Potential Addressable Market of Over 100 Million Phones

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., June 2, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VoX Communications Corp., a provider of wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and smartphone applications, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pervasip Corp. (OTCBB:PVSP), has launched a mobile smartphone app that can be downloaded to most Android, Symbian and Windows Mobile smartphones and to Apple's iPhone. VoX has embedded its Mobile VoIP with fring®, which enables people who sign up for the product to make Mobile VoIP calls on VoX, and save money on their calls by bypassing their voice service provider. Callers that use fring make free mobile calls, video calls, live chat and more, from their mobile phone with all their friends on fring and other Internet services like Skype®, MSN Messenger®, GoogleTalk™, AIM®, ICQ® , Facebook® and Twitter, all through one central, integrated phone book. With the addition of VoX, fring users can now call any phone number anywhere in the world from their mobile phone and pay a fraction of the cost charged by the incumbent mobile phone carriers.

The fring application with embedded VoX Vo3G calling is immediately available to order from the VoX website at http://www.voxcorp.net     ;

When using VoX and fring together, a mobile phone user does not use up valuable voice minutes or SMS. Instead, VoX and fring use the mobile device's Internet connection to make phone calls. Both VoX and fring rely on the mobile device's data plan or WiFi access to make calls. In most instances, VoX uses the 3G Data network so that consumers have the same national coverage that they enjoy with their existing carrier. To save the most money, VoX recommends consumers buy a data-only plan from their mobile phone carrier or buy a plan with limited minutes so that the VoX app can be used for the bulk of the mobile calls. VoX also accepts incoming calls and provides the user with an additional phone number. Several virtual numbers or even a toll free number can be added through the VoX application.

Pervasip's Chief Information Officer Mark Richards noted, "We are very excited to release this downloadable application that easily combines the VoX Mobile Vo3G ability into the fring software. fring is currently experiencing incredible growth as over half a million people a month are downloading fring to their mobile phones. The fact that this software works on Apple's iPhone, Android, Symbian and Windows Mobile phones provides us with a truly massive addressable market which equates to a quarter of a million phones in the U.S. We believe the era of expensive mobile phone bills has passed, as subscribers are now able to drop or reduce their traditional calling plans to a minimum and place substantially all of their calls over the 3G Data network. The application also works over WiFi, and we have introduced the price plans that we feel are very compelling to the addressable audience."

VoX is offering three monthly mobile phone plans:

$4.95 Plan; offers a U.S. number and includes outbound minutes to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico at 5 cents a minute.
$9.95 Plan; offers a U.S. number and includes 500 outbound minutes to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
$29.95 Plan; offers a U.S. number and includes unlimited calling to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

"The unlimited calling to the U.S. will be very helpful to consumers outside the U.S.," continued Richards. "We have received many inquiries from Canadians who are looking to slash their mobile phone bill, and with VoX, they will be able to make unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada for only $29.95 a month. Our International rates also offer per minute rates that are significantly lower than the rates offered by most mobile phone service providers."
