Aldata Solution Oyj STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 4 June 2010 at 9.30 a.m. (EET) ALDATA ANNOUNCES GLOBAL AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP NEW APPLICATIONS TO COMPLIMENT MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX FOR RETAIL Aldata has signed a global agreement with Microsoft Corporation to develop and market a new set of specialist retail applications to compliment Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail. Aldata will add important capabilities to Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail through a number of value-add capabilities for selected retail market sectors. The aim of the agreement is to enable Aldata to provide new, additional, solutions for mid-size retailers based on Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail to both existing and future Aldata customers. These new solutions will not replace existing Aldata products and will initially only be available in Finland, future plans include expansion via Aldata's subsidiaries and distributors to international markets from 2011 onwards. There are still a number of operational aspects to be defined between the companies and further details of the product and market initiatives resulting from this agreement will be available at a later date. The signing of this global agreement does not impact the most recent outlook provided by Aldata within the Q1 2010 Interim Results and the Cosmic Solutions Ltd acquisition notice. This agreement is seen as a strategic decision and any short term impacts, defined as those expected during the remainder of 2010, are already included in our previous outlook.
