With reference to Company Announcement No. 3/2010 we are pleased to announce
that the capital increase of 37,209,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK
10 each was registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency today.
Following registration of the 37,209,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK
10 each, the share capital of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S is DKK 1,380,342,000
nominal value divided into 138,034,220 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10
each.
Each share of nominally DKK 10 carries one vote at general meetings in the
Company.
The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S on 10 June 2010 under the same ISIN code as the
Company's existing shares.
Updated articles of association are attached.
