About iNeedMD, Inc.

iNeedMD, Inc. (www.ineedmd.com) has developed an FDA approved Glove/Mitten Platform in which EKG electrodes are mounted in conformity with conventional standards, which generates a 12-lead diagnostic EKG (ECG). The system will enable patients and doctors to exchange live diagnostic information remotely, and allow continuous patient monitoring 24/7.

The glove/mitten is FDA approved for commercial use and is disposable after one use. The manufactured product will be ready for market shortly. The glove/mitten plugs into a miniaturized EKG algorithm and FDA approved transmission device.

The glove/mitten can be positioned on the patient's chest (as described in the package insert) by any health care professional with minimal training. There is no need for an EKG technician. With pre-printed and positioned electrodes on the glove/mitten, there is little likelihood of any incorrect connections, thus the Company's FDA approved Glove/Mitten Platform should flawlessly produce a properly recorded 12 lead EKG.
